We are looking for two apartments (1-bedroom or 2-bedroom) with good repair, a washing machine and dryer in the apartment or in the building, street parking and convenient access to the metro. 1. Stable family: husband, wife and 8-year-old son. Responsible, working. Interested in a long-term lease for 4 years - until graduation from elementary school. 2. Serious, working students (21-year-old girl and 19-year-old boy), with a well-behaved, neutered house cat. Considering a long-term lease. We guarantee cleanliness, order and timely payment.
Married couple (no kids or pets, non-smokers, working) will rent a 1-bedroom or studio with a bedroom for a year or more (by agreement) near the metro. Can be in a private house (not Basemont). Neighborhoods are preferably Sheepshead Bay, Brighton, Coney Island.
