Looking for a separate large room from autumn for a year or longer, near the metro, without furniture, with use of the bathroom and kitchen. For one, I am a musician, teacher, composer. No children and no animals. Preferably with an elevator or on the first floor. I am a calm, balanced, responsible person. US citizen, living in Brooklyn since 2008. No partners.
