Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring the well-being of children under our care. Assist in supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, crafts, and educational lessons. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children. Monitor children's behavior and assist in guiding them in a positive and supportive manner. Assist with mealtimes, snack preparation, and feeding as needed. Help with diapering, potty training, and personal hygiene routines. Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment. Follow all safety and health regulations, including emergency procedures and sanitation guidelines. Provide comfort and support to children, ensuring their emotional and physical well-being. Assist in setting up and cleaning up activities, classrooms, and play areas. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in early childhood education is a plus. Previous experience working with children in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting IS REQUIRED . Patience, compassion, and a strong desire to work with young children. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. Ability to lift and carry small children as needed. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
