Greeting clients and visitors, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Receiving incoming calls, consulting clients and forwarding requests to the necessary departments. Working with e-mail and client application management systems. Organizing meetings, working with documentation, maintaining order in the workplace. Maintaining basic reporting and accounting for incoming/outgoing correspondence. Requirements: Experience in customer service or in a similar position (Front Desk, Receptionist). High level of communication skills and customer focus. Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage. Confident PC user (knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace).
