About us Filler Lux is a leading company in the field of aesthetics and cosmetic products, looking for a marketer with experience in e-commerce. We need a proactive and analytically savvy specialist who understands digital marketing tools and can effectively develop online sales. What will you do? • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online store sales. • Optimize the site taking into account SEO and improve user experience (UX). • Analyze key metrics, conduct A/B tests, prepare reports and suggestions for improvement • Create, configure and analyze e-mail marketing campaigns. • Develop a content strategy for social networks and interact with the design team and SMM. • Manage loyalty programs, retargeting, affiliate programs. • Monitor the market, competitors and trends in digital marketing. Who are we looking for? • Experience in e-commerce marketing from 1 year. • Knowledge of key advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads. • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, SMM and content strategies. • Data analysis skills, understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite. • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy platforms will be an advantage. • High level of English, knowledge of Russian. • Ability to work in a team and independently, focus on results.
