Master/Regional Supervisor (Chicago)

Who we're looking for: We're seeking skilled craftsmen and experienced managers in construction or related industries to manage our branch. A leader who can combine technical knowledge and management skills, from hands-on involvement in start-up processes to building installation and warehouse teams. Suitable for: Experienced specialists: foremen, supervisors, glaziers, metalworkers, framers, and custom furniture makers. More about the responsibilities: - Project implementation: from installation planning to turnkey delivery. - Organizing collection fees for measurements, installations, and warranty repairs. - Monitoring the quality of completed work, deadlines, and the budget for consumables. - Communication with customers and cross-functional departments. - Organization of all stages of warehouse accounting. - Forklift management. - Personnel training and safety precautions. - Maintaining a presentable appearance for the showroom. Required skills and experience: - Bilingual - Ukrainian/Russian and English - English from level B2 - Experience in construction in the USA - from 1 year. - Possession of a US driver's license for at least 1 year. - Possession of a Social Security Number. - OSHA certification (can be obtained in the process) Terms and opportunities: - $6,500 per month - Timely payments. - Company car for work.
