Primary Responsibilities: Schedules, reschedules, and confirms patient appointments. Verifies patient insurance coverage through online insurance portals and by phone. Handles a high volume of incoming phone calls, providing information to patients, and scheduling appointments. Fluency in Russian (both spoken and written) is a must. Polite, professional, and attentive communication with patients in person and by phone. Accepts and enters patient payments into the system. Calculates deductibles, copayments, and estimated patient payments. Registers and processes lab work and dental lab cases. Maintains and updates patient information in the medical system. Ensures a high level of patient service and an efficient reception desk. 3-5 years of experience as an administrator/receptionist in a dental clinic.
