Nanny in Staten Island

Nanny needed for two children (4 years and 1.5 years). Preferably living in Staten Island. Must have documents. Part time - 10-15 hours. Preferably minimal spoken English. The older child is in school from 9-3. Mostly you will have to sit with the younger child. The nanny will have to cook food for the children once or twice a week (approximately soup or borscht, cutlets or chicken). The woman must be active and develop children according to their age.
