Need a good english speaking nurse

Hello, We need a nurse who speaks good Russian and has experience working with patients with dementia, work in Upper Manhattan, 74 year old woman, Work without accommodation on a check, 32 hours a week from the summer will be transferred to 40 hours. Definitely need a license to work on a check.
