DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phones, deliver messages, prepare mail/packages
- Perform standard administrative duties (ie, filing, copying, faxing, emailing, scheduling, etc.)
- Maintain and update company records (project files, contacts, schedules, etc.)
- Generate letters, reports and various correspondence
- Work closely with clients and staff to achieve company goals.
