We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced, responsible and meticulous pastry chefs/bakers to join our Brooklyn-based coffee shop chain.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of baked goods, desserts, dough, creams and fillings
• Follow recipes, portion standards and safety guidelines
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
• Labeling, storage and rotation of products
• Efficient operation during busy hours
• Communication with the manager and colleagues
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
