An older man living in a small studio in a building in Brooklyn (Midwood) is looking for a roommate, male or female, of any age and ethnicity, to move into as soon as possible and split the rent. I can take one or two roommates or a married couple. This is a one-room studio, divided into two parts by partitions, which provides reasonable privacy. This is an inexpensive alternative to motels and hostels as it provides a cozy and quiet home environment in a safe area close to the B,Q train station. However, this is a separate one-room studio apartment, and NOT a separate room…. a cheaper option is possible if there are two of you, well, let’s say students with a work schedule when staying in the room at the same time will be infrequent... then the whole apartment is yours for some time... which will be cheaper and more convenient for you.. Built-in kitchen, bathroom , fridge. Available for $600 per month for one if you live completely alone with no roommates, or $400 per month for a couple of students.
