Construction site manager
• Work experience: Construction site supervisor – from 2 years, or Foreman – from 3 years.
• Knowledge of building standards, regulations and requirements.
• Experience with design software and MS Office.
• Higher education in the field of construction (desirable).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements (certification is a plus).
• Fluent in English (preferred).
• Driver's license (required).
Assistant Construction Site Manager
• Experience as a forman - from 1 year.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Skills in working with MS Office.
• Fluent in English (preferred).
• Willingness to learn.
• Driver license.
• Medical insurance (including dental and vision) - 80% paid by the company
• 401K Retirement Plan - Available after 1 year of employment
• Vacation - 10 paid days per year + 40 hours of paid sick leave
• Holidays - 10 federal holidays per year
