I am renting a room for one girl in a 2 bedroom apartment. No broker fi. Located on Kings Highway next to Mount Sinai Brooklyn Hospital. Rent $1100+ bills and deposit. In the photo there is a bed without a mattress, it has already been ordered and is coming from Amazon.
