Looking to rent a separate, large, unfurnished room with windows facing trees or the street, preferably with a fire escape, balcony, or garden access, near the metro. Ground or second floor, no higher. I'll be studying music and teaching, subject to agreement with neighbors. Preferably in a private home. Starting in November or a little later. Married couple (no kids or pets, non-smokers, working) will rent a 1-bedroom or studio with a bedroom for a year or more (by agreement) near the metro. Can be in a private house (not Basemont). Neighborhoods are preferably Sheepshead Bay, Brighton, Coney Island.
