You must work as a member of a small team to provide efficient and great service on systems in inventory, as well as to all customers. This position involves a good customer relationship management protocol through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Generate service revenue and of course adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and OEM specifications. The right candidate must have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle and be punctual. The position requires knowledge of computers, computer hardware, processors, applications and programming, as well as software. You must have at least an Associates degree or equivalent from a trade school for electronics. Thus having a strong knowledge of electronics, circuitry and how to read schematics is a must.
