This position involves a good customer relationship management protocol through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Generate service revenue and of course adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and OEM specifications. The right candidate must have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle and be punctual. The position requires knowledge of computers, computer hardware, processors, applications and programming, as well as software.
