Residential building maintenance worker needed (part-time)

We are looking for a responsible and punctual person to work in a residential building. Duties include: - taking out the trash several times a week - general maintenance of cleanliness and order in the building Flexible Schedule: 2-3 times a week, total 5-10 hours a week Payment: $800 per month The building is located in Brooklyn.
