I will rent a large, separate room for ONE, ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING guy up to 35, from December 19th, weekly or long-term. The room has all the necessary furniture and Internet. Weekly - $600 first week; $500 second; $400 all subsequent. No deposit. For a weekly period, bed linen and towels are provided.
