Looking for a luxury studio apartment for 3 months in Brooklyn. A room is available, but only in the Luxury Building. I'm a clean 28-year-old guy, I don't drink or smoke. I have a green card. I drive for Uber.
Family of three: father, mother, and 19-year-old son. Arrived on a Green Card two months ago. No work yet, but we'll be looking. We'll provide a bank statement of 30K+. Looking for a 1-bedroom apartment with a washing machine, partially furnished. Budget up to $1,800 per month. New York, Brighton. Near the intersection of Av. P, R, and T. Av. C is the very beginning of Ocean Pkwy, heading toward Manhattan.
We are renting a house with 3-4 small apartments. Ideally, studios or one bedroom, for a single family. Brighton, Sheepshead Bay area. Reasonably priced.
