Sales agent

A cruise company specializing in excursions around New York City is seeking a Sales Agent. You will play a key role in promoting the wide range of events and cruise programs offered by our company. The main focus of your work will be on active interaction with potential clients: establishing business contacts, building sustainable relationships and providing full information about our services. Your task will be to assist individuals and corporate clients in organizing unforgettable events on the water: from private celebrations and business meetings to sightseeing excursions and evening cruises with dinner. Requirements: - High school diploma (higher education in business, marketing or related fields will be an advantage) - Proficiency in English - Developed communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the main attractions of New York, the features of the harbor and the tourism industry is welcome - Confident knowledge of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office package - At least two years of professional experience in sales, customer service, tourism or event organization/sales - Customer focus, attention to detail, high level of self-discipline and internal motivation.
