Develop & implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Assisting with development of local marketing tactics, sales forecasts, & budgeting. Follow up on new leads & referrals. Identify & develop sales opportunities. Prepare presentations, proposals, & sales contracts. Monitor sales and staff performance. Hire, train, coach, motivate Sales Associates, Ensure all Sales Associates utilize Salesforce Automation System, Implement audit to ensure compliance. Identify & resolve customer concerns, daily customer relationship management & preparations, a variety of status reports, including, activity, closings, follow-up, & adherence to goals.
Requires 6 months of experience as sales leader or manager & bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in management or required fields.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-5pm.
