We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Print Assistant to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our print shop and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Operate printing equipment, including digital printers, offset presses. • Assist in preparing and processing customer orders including printing, cutting and finishing. • Maintain quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. • Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure print jobs meet specifications and deadlines. • Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with taking orders. • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: • Experience in a printing or similar manufacturing environment is preferred. • Skills in working with printing equipment and software (eg Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop). • Increased attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. •Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. • Ability to multi-task and work effectively under tight deadlines. • Basic knowledge of printing materials, finishing and color theory.
