Responsibilities: Processing and managing incoming requests from clients via Zendesk (chat, email, phone). Setting up and optimizing Zendesk: creating automated workflows, setting up triggers, macros and automating request routing. Implementation and use of artificial intelligence-based solutions to automate customer support (chatbots, automatic responses, data analysis). Ensuring a high level of service and adhering to business etiquette standards. Upselling to clients when identifying their additional needs. Interacting with the team to improve the quality of service and find solutions for clients. Requirements: Fluent in English (oral and written communication). Experience with Zendesk, ability to set up process automation and AI integration. Knowledge of modern technologies based on artificial intelligence to improve customer experience. High communication skills and ability to work with clients. Responsibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment and find solutions to non-standard problems.
