SUPERINTENDENT needed
Co-Op Building, 90 apartments, 2 Elevators (very clean, with Porter) • NY Gravesend/Sheepshead Bay Area
• Hours 8AM - 5PM
• Bilingual preferred. English and Russian but will consider all if fluent in English
• Some plumbing and Electrical experience a must
• Plastering and painting a must
• Boiler, Sprinkler experience/license preferred
• Work authorization is required
