Tatar pastries in Brighton
I would like to share my thoughts, considerations and experiences about the quality of our life today, for reasons that are clear to all of us. With worries for our health, for the health of all our loved ones, the economy of the country and our beloved city of New York!
This global evil - COVID-19 - is testing us, our families for strength, both physically and mentally.
Sometimes you look around - and you are discouraged: there are masks, masks and a complete restriction on a comfortable public life. How many people have suffered from this misfortune - they lost their jobs, ended up in the hospital, and we lost some of them irrevocably.
I understand, of course, that the main burden fell on our doctors, who were at the forefront, bow to them and God grant them health and strength!
Many people today are in a state of passion, not understanding what is happening and what to do with it, how to live on!
But in this article I would like to tell you about people who, even in such a situation, do not give up, do not rely only on the help of the state, but try to solve this problem themselves!
It's no secret that one of the most affected
is a restaurant business
Social distancing — a really necessary safety measure — deprived him of his customers and, along with it, income, which caused many restaurants to go out of business.
But that's not what I mean. I want to tell you about people whose example is worthy of imitation and inspires optimism!
Such people inspire respect and admiration!
I live in 12th Brighton and go to work by train in Manhattan, so on the way there and
on the way back I walk past the Mah cafe, the owner of which makes me feel admirable.
He made a brilliant move in business, hiring a Tatar cuisine technologist as a partner (there is such a republic of Tatarstan as part of
Russia) and a team of professional pastry chefs.
In 1 month, they built a pavilion on a temporarily allocated area and launched the production and sale of pickup trucks.
pastries - pies, rolls and other products. In this short time, thanks to their reasonable price and excellent quality, they have become popular not only in Brighton!
I noticed that I didn't really want to cook breakfast myself: on the way to work, I always take a couple of pies from the guys and something else for dessert.
In general, honor and praise to these guys, may they conquer new heights in the new year!
I want many to know about these people and to encourage other entrepreneurs to announce some kind of specialized competitions. I would like to stimulate it somehow!
This small business gives us a little joy in our depressed reality, like a ray of light in a fog, which gives hope that we will soon see a bright, clear sky!
