There are many good deeds on the account of the Sheepshead Bay library, where Library Director Svetlana Negrimovskaya is doing a great job, who was able to turn an ordinary small library into an active community center, where they not only come to read, borrow a book, do assignments for school, and where interest clubs are held, performances, concerts, exhibitions. But this is very, very important and sometimes compensates for the lack of communication between people. For me, personally, the level of development of a country is indicated by the way they think and care about people with disabilities. In many countries where readers of our newspaper came from, they could not even imagine that the bus could sit down so that it would be possible to import a wheelchair - special services for people in the USA are placed at the highest level. Thanks to the great country of America, which sheltered us. But I would like to talk about altruistic people who do a lot for people and society, even when not everyone understands them. For example, they provide assistance to refugees, organize free language courses, various seminars, for example, how to legalize their imported diplomas and even how to open their own business in the USA, they think about and help sick people and lonely Americans. Recently an art exhibition was held, where the main organizer, soul and engine was the female leader Svetlana Negrimovskaya, where people with disabilities were able to show their talent, proving once again that in America disability is not a barrier to achieving success in art and not is an obstacle to creativity and achievement. The grand opening of the ArtVictory exhibition was unforgettable. Victoria Gorelik was born in Kharkov and has been pleasing and surprising for more than 25 years, being the founder of the Para Arts Foundation and, together with co-chair of the board Olga Grekova PaulStroud and Connie Mckoy, directors of NYC ADAPTCommunity Net-work for People with Disabilities, have done everything for people with disabilities in partnership with the library director Svetlana Negrimovskaya, doing everything possible for the grand opening of the exhibition, and therefore this unique event became possible. Special thanks to the politicians, guests and sponsors of the event for their support and personal inspiration to the artists. Many thanks to Shalva Sarukhanishvili Fine Art for the care, delivery and installation of the paintings. Marina Lagunova

Varya, for helping me get out of the deepest abyss in my life.
I hesitated for a long time to write this review because I still can't calmly recall what I went through. When the person I loved left my life, it was as if the world around me ceased to exist. I lived on autopilot, forced a smile, and cried into my pillow at night so no one could hear. The pain was so intense that at times I felt like my heart might actually break. Every morning I woke up with one thought: why did this happen to me? I lost my peace, sleep, appetite, and faith that I would ever be happy again. The worst thing... I lost hope. I learned about Varya, the molfarka, completely by chance. Honestly, I contacted her without much faith. I simply had nothing left to hold on to. But from the first minutes of our conversation, I felt the warmth and support I sorely needed. She didn't judge or make empty promises, but helped me regain my faith in myself and that my story wasn't over yet. Some time passed, and changes began to happen in my life. At first, small, almost unnoticeable. Then more and more. And one day, something happened that I had been waiting for with all my heart and at the same time dreaded waiting for... my loved one appeared in my life again. I will never forget that day. My hands were shaking, tears were flowing of their own accord, and my heart was beating so hard it felt like it wanted to burst out of my chest. It seemed that after an endless winter, spring had finally arrived. At that moment, I realized that happiness still exists. Today we are together again. We are learning to appreciate each other, cherish our feelings and not repeat past mistakes. And every day I thank fate for this chance. Because with my loved one, joy, faith in the future and the desire to live have returned to me. Thank you, Varya, for helping me climb out of the deepest abyss in my life. Thank you for hope when there was none left. You will forever remain a person whom I will remember with great gratitude and warmth in my heart. Tel. +380632574828 Viber/WhatsApp
Why do those who know how to fight and whose deeds speak for themselves go into politics?
Why do those who know how to fight and whose deeds speak for themselves go into politics? After publishing an article about a politician and an Assembly member with over twenty years of service to the people, letters began pouring in. Readers spoke not about loud slogans, but about the concrete help they received from Alec Brook-Krasny. Marina Lagunova Paid for by ABK for Assembly.
