Business Development Manager/Location Partnerships
We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Manager to develop a network of digital signage platforms in New York City. This role encompasses full-cycle location management, including sourcing and evaluating suitable properties, on-site meetings, negotiations with owners and managers, and transaction support up to and including contract signing. We require someone fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills, prepared for active fieldwork and the ability to independently manage multiple processes simultaneously. Experience in real estate, business development, or outdoor media would be an asset. Success in this role requires consistently attracting high-quality locations, effectively closing deals, and building strong partnerships.
Part Time in Brooklyn - Stock Room employee for a Liquor Store near Kings Plaza
