The ideal candidate will have experience preparing architectural drawings, coordinating design documents, and assisting with various building and construction-related projects. You must arrive at the construction site, set up cones, and secure the structure. You must be in your car at the work site, but be able to do other activities at the same time: use the phone, read, or study. Own a car is required. Basic English skills. This position is available 24/7 in all New York City boroughs on a long-term basis. Work on a 1099. Weekly paycheck.
