Warehouse Order Picker (Full-Time)

Job opening: Warehouse Order Picker (Full-Time) Salary: $21/hour + KPI bonuses (for picked orders) Work schedule: 40 hours per week (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Picking orders in accordance with customer requests. Checking goods for damage and compliance with specifications before packing. Packing and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with company standards. Timely transfer of picked orders to the shipping area. Achieving target indicators (KPI) for the speed and accuracy of order picking. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace. Participation in warehouse inventory if necessary. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or picking orders (desirable). Attention to detail, responsibility and high work speed. Readiness for physical exertion (moving boxes, goods, etc.). Skills in working with basic warehouse systems (experience in Shopify or other WMS will be an advantage).
