Hello. I am looking for a partner with experience in running a business in New York (ideally catering) to open a coffee shop on Bleecker Street in the West Village in Manhattan. I already rent this space (600 sq. ft), my current business is there, not related to food, I want to change the type of activity. Pros: - the place is located on the most passable shopping street of the area between 6th and 7th avenues, on weekends 12-15 thousand people pass by the doors of the premises per day. - repairs were done last year, you only need to invest in plumbing. Electricity is questionable, there is a certain probability that nothing will need to be changed, it will depend on the equipment used. - rent is $3,000 lower than other premises of comparable size in this area. - I have researched the market, the coffee shop here will be in demand.
