Zen Goju Temple, 2533 65th Street, in Brooklyn, rents out space for training Monday through Friday any time before 6 or after 9 p.m., Saturday until 10 a.m. or after 1 p.m., and Sunday all day. The ground floor is a studio with mirrors and mats on the floor, suitable for any martial arts, boxing, yoga, Pilates, gymnastics, and more. There's a gym in the basement.
Zen Goju Temple in Brooklyn offers karate (USA Goju), mixed martial arts, self-defense classes for adults and children. If there is interest, we plan to start separate self-defense classes for women. Also offers private martial arts and strength training classes. There is a gym. Classes are at 7pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 10:30am Saturday.
