A manager is needed for a cleaning company (remotely)

Duties: * receiving and processing incoming requests; * communicating with clients by phone and in instant messengers; * calculating the cost of cleaning; * placing orders and transferring them to contractors; * monitoring the fulfillment of orders; * working with regular clients. Requirements: * literate speech; * excellent knowledge of spoken English is a must; * confident communication with clients; * responsibility and attentiveness; * a computer/laptop and a stable Internet connection; * experience in cleaning, sales, or the service industry will be an advantage. Conditions: * fully remote work; * 5/2, 3/3, or 6/1 schedule - your choice; * piecework wages - no fixed salary; * earnings as a percentage of completed orders/sales; * the more processed and closed orders, the higher the income; * the percentage and payment terms are discussed during the interview.
