I am looking for a responsible and efficient assistant for long-term cooperation.
Responsibilities:
Weekly inspection of apartments.
Light cleaning of common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway).
Maintaining cleanliness and comfort.
If necessary, preparing the room for occupancy (approximately once a month).
Sometimes - general cleaning of common areas (takes several hours and is paid hourly).
Conditions:
5–6 objects.
Work at each site - up to 1 hour, 1 time per week.
Pay: $25/hour.
Travel on public transport is paid.
Having a car will be an advantage.
Opportunity to earn extra income by renting out rooms and apartments (commission).
Payment is made via Zelle.
