And some don't know them at all. A generation has already grown up for whom Zoshchenko, Platonov, Dovlatov are just names on their parents' bookshelves. But Filippenko knows them by heart. Poems, stories, novels. And he reads them with his signature intonations, with pauses that are like anticipation, which is no worse than tasting.
