Rachik Stepanyan, nicknamed Richik Realtor, this is his number (347) 742-6359. He also offers work on construction sites, work on construction sites, and work on houses. Be careful. On July 27, 2025, this man took $500 from me for an apartment search. I have a receipt with his signature and his ID. After I paid, he did not provide any service, dragged out the process for two months, and then simply blocked my number and refused to return the money. This is fraud and abuse of trust. I am a young immigrant, currently undergoing treatment and have health problems, but instead of help, I was faced with deception and cruelty.
