Anacondaz Concert in New York Anacondaz are heading out on an international tour with their massive album, "Night with an Astrakhan Man." "Night with an Astrakhan Man" is the first release after a long four-year hiatus and the eighth full-length album in the band's sixteen-year creative career. Anacondaz have prepared seventeen songs, the sound of which at times deviates from the "Pauzern Rap" genre familiar to fans, confidently evolving into pure "Pauzern Rock" at sharp turns. On the new album, the musicians take the eclecticism and multi-genre arrangements, previously characteristic of the band, to the next level, without neglecting the content or losing their signature lyrical sharpness. The album's themes of complex love and relationships intertwine with reflection and introspection, and its depiction of current reality is tinged with bitter humor. Here and there, bright notes—manifestations of hope—penetrate the melancholy and anxiety: the positive "Focus on the Best," the optimistic "Smile," and the reassuring "Yura, We'll Make Up for It All." In keeping with the album's title and as a sign of respect for their hometown, Astrakhan, Anacondaz has prepared unique merch that's not only adorned with touching "Made in Astrakhan" tags, but is also entirely produced with love in their hometown. In recent years, the musicians have opened up many new venues on the global touring map, playing concerts in 32 cities in 23 countries. With the release of "Night with an Astrakhan Man," the band is once again heading out on tour to showcase fresh material. Don't miss your chance to be the first to hear the new album and see Anacondaz on stage! Melrose Ballroom May 24, 2026 8 pm eventcartel.com

The scammer Rachik posts his ads here. Be careful ‼️‼️‼️
Rachik Stepanyan, nicknamed Richik Realtor, this is his number (347) 742-6359. He also offers work on construction sites, work on construction sites, and work on houses. Be careful. On July 27, 2025, this man took $500 from me for an apartment search. I have a receipt with his signature and his ID. After I paid, he did not provide any service, dragged out the process for two months, and then simply blocked my number and refused to return the money. This is fraud and abuse of trust. I am a young immigrant, currently undergoing treatment and have health problems, but instead of help, I was faced with deception and cruelty. He took advantage of my vulnerability and thought I would remain silent. I even have a recorded conversation where he refuses to return my money. It turns out he's an old scammer and his son is one too. After posting on Facebook, it turns out he's scammed and deceived many people. People complained, we're gathering victims and witnesses; such scammers must be punished. I WON'T remain silent. I'm filing a complaint with the NYS Department of State and in Small Claims Court. I have all the evidence of his receipt of money and his identity. He's a shameless scammer who deceives people under the guise of a REALTOR. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. YOU'VE VALUED YOUR REPUTATION AT $500. More will come. Or return my honestly earned money, the guy who stole from a young girl. This is your true face.
