Auto Mechanic

I'm looking for a job as an auto mechanic. I don't have any experience working at a shop or a service station, but I've been driving a truck for six years, the last two and a half years in my own truck. I've done a lot of my own repairs (oil and filter changes, engine belt and pulley replacements, starter, water pump, thermostat replacement, shocks, brakes, and a lot of other things).
