Requirements: -At least 1 year experience on QUICKBOOKS -At least 1 year experience on ADP PAYROLL -At least 1 year experience on OFFICE WORK Job details include: -Calculating and entering 60+ employees weekly wages and tips -Ordering payrolls every week and confirming every employee receives their pay check -Supply ordering and inventory control twice a week across 3 stores located in Midtown Manhattan -Writing checks and submitting payments to suppliers and vendors -Splitting transaction and categorizing expenses on Quickbooks -Calculating sales tax monthly across online ordering platforms, catering orders and in store sales -Making rent payments once a month for 5 locations -Updating menu as needed -Helping store managers with scheduling/hiring/ onboarding/firing Shifts are: 5 days a week 10am-6pm (the hours and days may differ according to the need of the bakery and manager) We are hiring a woman who is comfortable working around people and in between bakery locations.
