looking for a nanny with experience working with newborns

I am looking for a nanny with experience with newborns. The baby is due mid-August and I will need help with babysitting and my apartment while I recover. The nanny can cook for me and herself, groceries will be delivered regularly. The position is long term, if we get along, I would like to keep the nanny for the next 3 years.
