You must work as a member of a small team to provide efficient and great service on systems in inventory, as well as to all customers. This position involves a good customer relationship management protocol through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. You must be able to work flexible hours or overtime on very rare occasions to complete systems under deadlines. And be able to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
