-Wage Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour -Location: Brooklyn, NY Perform maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, wiring, circuit breakers, boilers, heating systems, and refrigeration units. Perform carpentry, painting, and construction work. Perform plumbing repairs for toilets, faucets, and sewer systems. Repair doors, locks, tile, and floors. Maintain cleanliness of mechanical areas.
