We are a small but well-established medical equipment manufacturer and service company seeking a full-time Service Engineer to work both in-house and in the field. You will work as part of a small team, ensuring efficient and high-quality service for both in-stock and customer-facing equipment. This position requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships by effectively applying technical knowledge to the installation, diagnostics, repair, service, and technical support of equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities also include generating service revenue and ensuring strict compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements, as well as OEM specifications. Candidate Requirements: A valid driver's license, own vehicle, and punctuality and responsibility. The candidate must have knowledge of: computers and computer equipment, hardware components, processors, application and system software, and programming. A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical college or vocational school in electronics is required. A strong knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and the ability to read electrical schematics is required.
