Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and attentive Customer Service Specialist. You will manage the full order processing cycle, handle inquiries and returns, and ensure a high level of customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. We work five days a week, Monday through Friday. Requirements: - Fluent English speaker and reader. - Confident use of CRM, helpdesk, or order management systems. - Legally eligible to work in the US.
