E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST / E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

A jewelry factory in Downtown Brooklyn is seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist. RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE Replying to customer messages on marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart) and via email customer service Answering customer phone calls, consulting on products, returns, exchanges and complaints Processing returns and exchanges from customers E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS Bulk and individual uploading of products to marketplaces and Shopify Updating listings and creating new product cards SEO optimization of product cards for marketplaces and the website Uploading content to the website and marketplaces (banners, collections, blog posts) Creating banners and content in Canva Creating email newsletters and content for email marketing campaigns Maintaining an email marketing calendar SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Managing and developing the company's social networks OFFICE ASSISTANCE Ordering office and industrial supplies through ULINE and Amazon Monitoring the payment of invoices and necessary purchases for the office REQUIREMENTS: Experience in e-commerce from 1 year Experience with Excel from 1 year Good communication skills Multitasking and ability to work in a small team Creativity and responsibility Advanced English TERMS: Work in Downtown Brooklyn (near DeKalb Avenue, Hoyt Street, Nevins Street) Schedule: 5 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM HOW TO APPLY: Send your resume to email: [email protected]
