Crystal Glass & Mirror Corp., a Brooklyn-based glass manufacturer serving the New York market since 2004, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join the team. Top performers are promoted to Glass Partition Sales Executive positions, where average sales and commissions are significantly higher. Compensation Base: $30/hour ($62,400 annually) Showroom appointment bonus - monthly, approximately $750 Commission structure: 5% on new outbound leads 2% on inbound leads and existing sales No commission cap Realistic first year income (OTE): $95,000–$130,000 Potential to upgrade to Glass Partition Sales Executive (Year 2): Base $62,400 + 7–10% commission OTE: $130,000–$180,000 Responsibilities Sell glass and mirror products to B2C customers (mirrors, tabletops, shower glass, painted glass, custom pieces) Develop and expand B2B customers (glass companies, furniture makers, glass shops, contractors, interior designers) Active outbound sales (calls and emails) to acquire new customers Client Management in a Brooklyn showroom (focusing on glass partitions - a step towards becoming a Glass Partition Sales Executive) Working with an existing client base (thousands of contacts) Preparing commercial proposals, follow-up, negotiating and closing deals Researching the product: glass types, thickness, edging, tempering, lamination, manufacturing capabilities Managing all customer interactions in CRM (HubSpot) Requirements Fluent in English - (C1 verbal and written) Focus on sales and revenue growth Willingness to make outbound calls Proven sales experience in a client-facing role Excellent communication skills Proficiency in CRM (experience with HubSpot is a plus) What the company offers Established business with over 22 years of experience in the New York glass market Large existing client base - you're not starting from scratch Full training and onboarding Clear career progression towards larger deals Paid sick leave and vacation Job Details Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30–17:00 Format: Office (Brooklyn, NY) Salary: $62,400 per year + bonuses + commission (OTE $95,000–$130,000 in the first year) Link to apply for the vacancy - Sales Representative - (Brooklyn, NY) - Crystalia Glass Email: [email protected]
