There are no major repairs, no dents or bends, no heavy soldering, neck has not been damaged. The D-key key riser is optional. The horn has been overhauled about a year ago, the pads are still in good condition - I am primarily a tenor player, was using alto for teaching and some private sessions.It is a gorgeous instrument with a singing, silvery sound, can be quite powerful.
