HVAC company requires TECHNICIANS
**An experienced HVAC Technician is required for an HVAC company** Due to company expansion, we are inviting an experienced specialist in the maintenance and repair of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnostics, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment (RTU, Split Systems, VRF and other commercial equipment). * Maintenance of commercial properties: hotels, restaurants, office buildings and retail spaces. * Replacement of compressors, fans, sensors, controllers, valves and other components. * Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment. * Troubleshooting, checking the tightness of systems. * Evacuation, charging and monitoring the refrigerant level. * Maintaining service documentation. **Requirements:** * Mandatory experience in the HVAC field. * Good knowledge of commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems. * Ability to independently diagnose malfunctions and make decisions. * Responsibility, accuracy and punctuality. * Ability to work both independently and in a team. * A valid driver's license is required. **We offer:** * Stable year-round employment. * Competitive salary (to be discussed during the interview and based on experience). * Opportunity for professional and career growth. * Work at large commercial properties in New York City. * A friendly team and modern equipment.
