A stable HVAC company is seeking a full-time office assistant/project coordinator.
Main responsibilities:
• Project evaluation (estimating);
• Receiving and processing incoming calls and emails;
• Preparation and execution of Change Orders;
• Ordering equipment and materials;
• Maintaining documentation and interacting with clients;
• Coordination of current project tasks.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Confident PC user (email, Excel/Google Sheets, basic programs);
• Technical education is an advantage;
• Experience in HVAC is a plus but not required;
• Responsibility, organization, communication skills.
Conditions:
• Full-time employment;
• Work from an office located in Linden, New Jersey;
