I invite women and children to free dance classes

I invite girls and women of all ages to dance classes. Classes will be held Mon, Thu and Tue, Fri (10am-11.30am or 2.30pm-4pm), at 412 Ocean View Ave, Brooklyn. My program is aimed at restoring health, removing tension, returning the joy of movement, and free control of your body. In addition to my own, I also give accessible techniques from various dance styles, teach how to create your own movements and listen to your body in dance. I am also recruiting a children's group from 4 years old. A 1.5 hour lesson costs $25. Call 9176341344, Maria
