I will rent a room from mid-May for a long term

I will rent a room from mid-May for a long term, in the Brighton - Manhattan Beach area, but I will also consider other areas. Preferably a maximally isolated room, with its own amenities and/or entrance. A middle-aged man, calm, does not drink, legal, I work two jobs. I guarantee peace and order.
