Looking to rent a separate, large, unfurnished room with windows facing trees or the street, preferably with a fire escape, balcony, or garden access, near the metro. Ground or second floor, no higher. I'll be studying music and teaching, subject to agreement with neighbors. Preferably in a private home. Starting in November or a little later.
